NEATH EAST N.R.A.

Arthur Associates, working closely with officers from Neath Port Talbot Council, have recently completed a Neighbourhood Renewal Assessment in Neath Town. Following the NRA, the council recently declared the Neath East Renewal Area which becomes the third Renewal Area in the Neath Port Talbot administrative area. The Renewal Area encompasses nearly 2000 homes situated in the Neath East and part of the Neath North wards

Neighbourhood Renewal Assessment is an aid to decision-making comprising a series of logical steps. When taken together, these steps provide a thorough and systematic appraisal method for considering alternative courses of action for the area. The NRA considers a range of issues including boundary definition, economic assessment, technical feasibility and a socio-environmental assessment
